Am I the only person who thinks that aside of money, the objective for Oracle in all of this is to gain a degree of control over Android, and position it as the new Java Mobile? If (and it's a big if) Oracle take legal action to its logical conclusion and win to the point that the Android platform dies (highly unlikely), what penetration will Java have in mobile in the long term?
