Of course, it isn't - it's just interesting that Google's "Anything goes in our app market" gets more Apple-like with a rating system. The big question is - will this work? In games and movies in Europe and the U.S., organizations other than the authors actively rate the content _before_ it is published. Google lets the authors rate themselves and only reactively changes the rating when users complain.
