I think this can be viewed as the core of your argument, and it is
highly contentious.

Consider, men and women are different, true.  How many of those
differences have anything to do with technical abilities, though?
Indeed, just how similar to the other men in your workplace are you.

This is almost undoubtedly true.  However, if there are differences, I
see no harm in trying to reason about why they exist.  If the reasons
are all artificial and could be holding very capable individuals back,
then they should be eliminated, if possible.
