Like you, I have yet to discover a real need for a tablet! But after
having evaluated both iPad and Galaxy Tab I am sure that when I
eventually cave in, it will be to a form factor closer to 7-8" rather
than 10" (the Galaxy Tab has inferior hardware and software though so
not really a serious contender). 2011 will be the year of Android
tablet's overtaking Apple tablets, so there should be something for
everyone!

It's my understanding that a revamp of Google's de-facto marked along
with additional meta-data, will be capable of handling multiple
versions of the same software based on upper as well as lower-bound
hardware profile targets. Anyone?
