Apple.

As long as the Android vendors turn out one slightly-improved model
every two months after another and then customize it for dozens of
operators around the world, it's just too expensive to provide
upgrades for these phones for two years.  And this is one place that
the "how much profit does a company make" matters: Android vendors
make only a relatively small profit, so they can't do this -
especially since all need to invest heavily into tablets, too.
