No, that's actually taken out a context. I predicted we would finally see a JDK7 but that it won't matter much to most corporations, *due to* the underwhelming features. Herein lies the assumption that most corporations does not actively track, let alone participate in, JDK progress but will simply evaluate when it's there. You may claim it's not a very bold prediction, OTOH how many times has Sun/Oracle surprised the tracking community during the inception of JDK7?
