If RIM starts running android apps, then they will need to be running a Dalvik VM (or a java one :)). If they do, I think we can expect Oracle to name them as well. This is unless RIM hasn't been really sneaky and gone to oracle for a license. In that case they will be the only OS that can run (legally - depending on your position on the case) android apps.
