Probably not on the public Internet, but as a Flex alternative for Intranet
tools, yes. That is, if the APIs are nice, the dev tools/integration are
good and client update delivery works.

Honestly, I'd rather write a client in Java (or other JVM language) with a
solid GUI toolkit than a web application, even though I actually like
JavaScript, HTML 5 and CSS 3.
