I'm certainly not a big fan of Apple's dictatorial terms and behavior overall, but they should absolutely be able to dictate the terms of whatever transaction is taking place on the platform they built. When you publish on the app store, you are benefiting from the Apple brand, whether you like it or not. I think it's only fair that Apple should be compensated for this.
