Why didnt the FSF team say the GPL does not apply if you copy less than X 
lines of code. From my humble readings its all or nothing, there is no 
mention of something along this spirit. Yes lawyers are parasites and love 
these squabbles - but why should a class w/ 3 lines get protection but a 
interface(api definitions only) with 3 lines not. Of course we all hate this 
nonsense, but to be fair if copyright/licensing etc applies to one it should 
apply to another.
