Hi, Yesterday I was "speaking" with some people on Twitter who were looking at learning Groovy or Scala, but didn't have a Java background.
I found it interesting, because I'd always (wrongly) assumed folks who use these languages would know Java. So is it possible we'll end up with the next generation of JVM programmers who know little Java. Does it even matter?
