Not open source but Ashtah Community (formerly Jude) can do them. http://astah.net/editions/community I haven't used it in a while though but the community ed is a 'free' download. There used to be restricitions on commercial use with this version but now appears to be removed. http://astah.net/faq/community/can-i-use-the-free-version-of-astah-for-commercial-projects
