You can try Architexa - its paid - but does reasonably well http://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/architexa Oracle JDeveloper has round trip UML class diagrams for free, but not sure about sequence diagrams. Maybe thats worth a shot to see if it does sequence diagrams.
