The point is that that portion of users that is concerned about color management can't do anything with his Android tablet. And if you'd like to campaign pro color management, you're stuck with the fact that more and more devices don't support it. Keep also in mind that color management was expensive in the past and is getting less and less expensive now, so in theory it could become more popular.
