Well you can do your homework and research these things before putting down 
the €. I assume you do the same thing when looking for a TV, camera etc?

If there is a need, some manufacturers will make it, and it seems obvious 
then for HP/Canon/Nikon/Eizo to do something here. Btw. you make it sound 
like your previous cell phones had advanced color management and somehow I 
doubt that.

It probably will. Why would it be any different for handheld devices? 

I'm much more concerned about getting true RGB subpixeling rather than the 
current pentile trend, but I'm also fairly convinced we'll get there with 
later generations of screens, it's just a matter of time.
