Hi there,

Oracle maintains this bug tracker and it is in the process of being
migrated to a JIRA instance as it is being shutdown.  Basically it's a
creaky old bit of hardware and software that needs to die :-).

Some time After the initial migration the new JIRA indtance(s) will be
opened to the public and will be far more interactive and easy to use than
the existing system (IMO).
