I am sure apple wants to go after google but that does not change the fact that 
It is not what this case is about.  Is it ok for us to deny B simply because B 
might lead to C?

Personally I think it's unlikely we will see apple suing google on android 
because the chance to win is low and even if apple could win, what is the 
return?  Google does not make any money out of android
