"Secrets of the Javascript Ninja" is really good. It's written by John
Resig, the creator of JQuery (though JQuery is not the focus of the book).
I also recommend "Javascript, the Good Parts".

There is a Packt book on Bootstrap, but I haven't read it and there's a
O'Reilly book on Angular coming out in March
(http://www.amazon.com/AngularJS-Brad-Green/dp/1449344852).
