Good question. For the blackhole part, I would think not; for this is a dynamic drive-by exploit kit relying on a whole updatable arsenal of software bugs (which is what makes zero-day exploits so valuable to hackers). In other words, if using an outdated JRE (even on Linux) the past couple of months, you will potentially have been exposed.
