Hi Rakesh, I'm curious as to what conferences you go to where folks don't mix and exchange ideas!? For me going to the good conferences is often about the hallway track with discussions often inspired by the great talks/labs/whatever that day. The right conference is like going to a decent music gig, you can walk away exhausted, uplifted, informed and inspired!
It was a conference 4 years ago that started me down the path of being an author. Since then conference's such as OSCON and Devoxx have given regular boosts in order to become a regular speaker, run global community programmes and to launch my own start-up :-).
