Hi Susan, Make sure that you've got Java added in your PATH variables. To check this, do the following:
1. Right click on "My Computer" and select "Properties". 2. Click on the "Advanced" tab. 3. Click on the "Environment Variables" button. 4. In the system variables, go down to where it says PATH and double click on it. A box will appear with a long line of text that is composed of paths separated by semi-colons. Check to see if the path to your JDK's bin directory is there. If its not, add it. Hope that helps.
