The API is nearing finalization, and I'd like everyone's feelings on the UsbInterfacePolicy. I think the forceClaim is useful for when the OS has the device (interface) claimed, but I don't think the other policy items are useful, at least not as currently implemented. The policy of preventing/allowing interface release()s and/or pipe open() and submit() is marginally useful and isn't completely implemented. I think that, for the first release, it's better to remove the parts of the UsbInterfacePolicy that relate to interface release() and pipe open() and leave only the forceClaim(). In the next release, if needed, the remaining policy items can be added.
So unless anyone is interested in keeping the current policy structure, I'm removing the unneeded portions.
