Sorry for the delay, I've been away for several weeks.

There is the IBM implementation, and as Brad's email indicates there is an 
alpha-level Windows implementation created by a jSyncManager user.  I am 
going to try to contact the author to see if they plan on putting the code 
into CVS either at jSyncManager or javax.usb...
