Larry Stuart's tape may be better for you as it shows a variety of different
throwers. About half of the video is taped at the National Master's
Championship and Larry critiques each thrower. I find myself watching it
quite a bit and its been helpful.
I think Tom's tape gives a better idea of how to train for the javelin though.
He shows a lot of drills you can do which I've found helpful.
