This is the way it's always been done. You always pay ahead for upgrades and once a new version is released that's your last SMA upgrade, you will receive that letter. If you find the printed form difficult to fill out, then call FS sales on the telephone and purchase your SMA upgrade by credit card. Your records are updated immediately and you will receive a confirmation letter.

The letter was in Braille but the "enclosed form" they referred me to wasn't. Aren't we supposed to wait until the next upgrade actually comes out before we pay for it? I find it odd they're asking me to upgrade now, several months before the next major upgrade.
