No, it is _not_. Never, never, never copy script-related files from an older to a newer version of JAWS; or, for that matter, from a newer to an older. I specifically stated that only a user files folder .jdf file can safely be copied all the time. If you have scripts that aren't normally supplied with JAWS (Skype, the Cuckoo clock we were discussing here the other day, scripts for Ad-Aware, Spybot, RegScrubXP, etc.), it's okay to copy those. When FS releases a new version, their scripts receive a huge amount of rework and modification, so older FS-supplied scripts will not work properly with a new JAWS version. Also, since new scripts may contain scripting language functions that don't even occur in older versions of JAWS, moving new scripts to an older version will not work, either.
