I would have gone on to say that one shouldn't blame FS for what Microsoft did, except I wasn't sure which of them was the main target of complaint. There will be updates, free, to JAWS8. There will undoubtedly be patches, free, to IE7. RSS in IE7 is 'real super stuff!'

I've never understood why, every time there's a new version of an
application released, JAWS gets the blame whenever there's a problem with
that application. JAWS is not the operating system and FS isn't responsible
for what Microsoft or any other application development organization does.

I consider IE7 to be a significant enhancement of Internet Explorer, bigger
than IE6 was over IE5; and I *would not* downgrade just for that slight
inconvenience. I think that there are some rough edges to the new features
in IE7, keyboardwise, that could - and probably will - be improved upon.
