I have done nothing different, as far as I know. If I did, I am unaware of causing this problem. I cannot open any Word document because I am told that the Windows Installer cannot begin. Click okay and close all dialog boxes to continue. I want no part of any installation of anything. Word and its Documents were working just fine until very recently. Now, I need to open a Word Document and I cannot. What can I do to get rid of this Windows Installer so I can again open Word Documents as in the past? All ideas and expertise are greatly appreciated.
