I can determine that when I have a new Word Document open, in other words, I have opened Word 2000 and a document is there for the writing, with the silence, in the View Menu I can determine with the Jaws cursor that Normal is not checked and I know it should be. Who can tell me how to check Normal so that it will say, Normal Checked"??? I have tried the spacebar and that doesn't seem to work. I have also tried to left click it with the JAWS cursor and still it will not check. Thanks greatly.
