Corey, I'm not disputing whether or not anyone else has had the same problem, I was simply asking whether or not you contacted Freedom Scientific about it. If you are having an issue with Jaws in a particular situation, then the best thing to do is make Freedom Scientific aware of it, in the proper manner. If they don't know about a problem, then they can't very well check into it, much less issue a patch for it. Sometimes it may be possible for them to offer a solution,even if the problem isn't being experienced by others. If you don't have time to contact them right away due to your work schedule, then I would go back to an earlier version of Jaws where you didn't experience this problem, until your schedule permits you to talk with them.
