This seems to be a very intermittent problem that some users experience and
others (a majority) never see. There's some thought that it may be related
to a Windows update from last spring, but I've never seen the details on
which update it might have been. I've installed every update that was
appropriate for my system and have never seen this particular issue, but I
do know that others have. Of course, if there is a problem update, it very
well might not have been appropriate for my particular system configuration
and I'd never have seen it.
FS is aware of the problem.
