Hey Bill, I tried the Insert + 3 on the numpad and nothing happened. The only way that I can get that site to work is to unload JAWS. Am I still doing something wrong? Thanks for all of your help.

You need to use the "Pass Key Through" feature of JAWS; you do this by pressing <JAWS Key>+3 (on the number pad). Then if you enter in the number of your choice the web site will act appropriately.
