Hi folks: I'm trying to download a year-end bank statement in pdf format using JAWS. I'm only getting part of the statement. I've tried this on two different computers and the statement is cut off at exactly the same place on both systems.
At the suggestion of the FS folks, I went to Adobe preferences, internet, then made sure the file wasn't being displayed in my internet browser, which is IE 6. I got the same results. The statement is according to the website, fifteen pages. When I read the last page that JAWS displays, it says page fifteen of twenty-six. I know there's a pie chart in this statement, but I don't believe it's located where my file ends. So far, I haven't been able to get any help from the bank, so any information/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
