Hi Folks, This morning in a moment of abject frustration I went back to JFW 7.latest in an effort to trouble shoot a number of problems I was having with 8.0. I opened a blank document in Word-XP and found that the pitch increase associated with the caps key and the shift lock wasn't working. I checked all of my settings in "Global Adjustments" and nothing has changed. The feature seems to be working in Outlook however when I attempt to open a previously saved word document the increased pitch feature is not working. Where do I go from here?
