Patricia, Tell your sister that Outlook does this a bit different. When she is creating a new message and she's in the "to" field just start typing the person's name in. She can either type part or all of it. Outlook will fill it in automatically after she leaves the field. If there is more than one match in the address book she will be prompted to choose which address she wants once she goes to send the message. She can confirm what is in the field by hitting the alt key and the # 3 key on the keyboard not the number pad. Let me know if you have other questions.
