It is my experience that you have to build your addressee's up. Example if
you haven't sent this person an email in outlook yet you have them as a
contact or in an address book in Outlook you need to send them an email and
then after sending it they will be there the next time Kind of like
building it up. That's what I had to do after I reformatted even though I
save my pft or pst folder and reinstalled it after the reformat.

Anyway after the first letter or two of the person you are addressing the
email to the down arrow goes through the letter of the alphabet to whom you
are wanting to send the email to. Once you find the name it is highlighted
when using the arrows, hit enter and the name goes in the TO: box of the
email then tab to subject line , fill that on if you choose and then one
more tab puts you in the text field or body of the email you want to
compose.

That is exactly what she is use to doing with outlook express but for some
reason it's not doing that for outlook, is there a setting somewhere she
needs to fix?
She uses jaws 8 and the job won't let her use OE due to networking and
security reasons..

Many thanks for your help here,

Patricia
