I put wizmo on the lap top and I put it in the windows directory, didn't put the shortcut on the desktop but I go to the run dialog type in Wizmo space then either blackout or monoff either works and the screen goes off but when I hit any key the screen comes back on. Is their any way to keep the screen off while I am doing something on the lap top? Stu [EMAIL PROTECTED] When the devil reminds you of your past remind him of his future.

You can pickup a copy from: www.jaws-users.com or, www.grc.com HTH, Richard Justice www.blind-computing.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "Stu" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "jaws" <jaws-users-list@googlegroups.com> Sent: Saturday, March 03, 2007 9:57 AM Subject: [JAWS-Users] turning off the monitor Since jaws tells me everything I need to know and I can't see the screen anyhow I always keep the monitor off on the desktop and if I have a sighted person here that needs to see it it is no problem to turn it on. Now for the question I have, I have a laptop I use at church and I was curious if their is a way to turn off the screen. I think it is a distraction for the people when I am teaching Sunday school or at times when I am doing the Sunday service. Sure would appreciate the information if their is a way to turn it off.
