I'm having this same problem with JAWS 8, Word and Outlook 2003, on a brand new Dell laptop. We thought we had narrowed it down to the track stick in the middle of the keyboard.

WHen I try typing an e mail sometimes a sentence is not where I originally typed it and also when I type a document in MS word 2002 the same thing happens. I haven't had opportunity to get someone here to solve it yet. If I do will post. Maybe someone can help.
