Hi Kerryann, If Jaws comes up talking when the computer boots, then it is running as a service. Unless, it is running from a shortcut in the startup folder. At any rate, if this is when you are experiencing the problem, try unloading, and then re-loading Jaws, and try setting the voices again. Doing this will cause Jaws to run as an application. I have found in some instances, that Jaws will have a problem with sappi voices when it is running as a service.
