I know I am being a pain but can someone post thought's rather then just walk

  think you will notice a big difference in your over all performance of your 
  computer, I sure have..

  Especially the check disk and the scan disk and I know for a fact that it 
  fixed some porblems I was having overhere in a couple of things..Openbook 
  and a pop up pertaining to programs updates for Sonicand no way no how could 
  I get rid of that screen before..

  His steps are so straightforward so easy to do and worked exactly as he says 
  it does..
