Hi Steve, As I said in my message, it was not, by any stretch of the imagination, your fault.
The fact is, and I now know this for a fact, the platinum edition does have known issues with some machines and some installations that I wasn't aware of, and you only forced me to find out that there was a fix that I wasn't aware of, so for that, I am eternally grateful, not dissatisfied. Please don't be sorry for enlightening me, this is a good thing, not a bad one. Like I said, you have nothing to apologize for, if anything, Roxio should be the ones apologizing, as they knew these issues were out there with their products, and didn't let consumers know of them. I'm sorry if you thought I was coming down on you, the fact is, it was the total opposite, and I was praising you for it.
