Hi David,

I tend to believe the people I know that are actually using Vista since 
they'd be the best people to ask such a question to.  They assure me that 
not only have they installed Vista more than once on the machine, also that 
MS isn't placing any such restrictions on anyone.  As I said before, if 
anyone has any provable information to the contrary then please step forward 
with it.  There are already enough scared people in the blind community over 
Vista to start with and all this message does is to further scare the 
community with wild rumors.
