better ask AVG support about that, or pay for it. (They don't offer tech support for the free version, so they have to fund it anyway.)
It appears that you need to uncheck the incoming and outgoing Certify mail checkboxes. To turn off this annoying AVG Free option, perform the following steps: 1. Open AVG, tab once to the control center button and hit space bar. 2. Use alt plus V to open the view menu and down arrow to the components submenu icon and then hit enter. 3. Down arrow to the email scanner icon and then hit enter. 4. Tab to the configure button and then hit enter. 5. Tab to and uncheck the two Certify mail checkboxes. 6. Now tab to the OK button and enter and then tab to the next Ok button and enter.
