It has been my experience that you can go into the folderws list and hit 
the first letter of the folder you want, for instance, if you had a 
folder called pets, you should be able to simply hit p and go to all of 
the folders that start with that letter until you get to pet, saving you 
the time it takes to arrow through that many folders.
