Kerry, I'm not exactly sure what the specific issue is for you. I use Outlook at the office and Outlook Express at home.
In order to enter the list view of the messages in Outlook, I have to "enter" on the folder name and then tab into the list view. That is the way my Outlook has always worked. It is different from the system used in Outlook Express, but they are different programs. When doing a read all within a message, I generally have to start at the beginning of the message and it will read the whole thing or until I hit a key to make it stop.
