The entries in your block senders list are stored if memory serves in the 
registry, so to answer the question can they be dumped in to the recycle bin 
no.

Rick or anyone, Now that I have a blocked senders list, it is getting rather
long so my question is this: can I just delete all of them or somehow throw
them into the recycle bin?  This isn't a big deal but I would like to know.
