Why don't you give a looksy at both web site for the one offered here David has put together under the programs link for all your Q/A on Outlook/Outlook Express it's a wealth of information that you could learn from things you never ever dreamed of haha He's even provided the links to get to it at all bottoms of these emails, wow what a guy!
Now when your done with his site and be prepared to spend a lot of time there, go on over to the blind computing site for more goodies.. You can even download or copy/paste this info on these sites for your later convenience.. And one other thought..make a folder for your email client you use called..Jaws Help and whenever anyone puts something from one of these lists that you think maybe you might need to keep, you can just move it right to that folder for later use if need be should you find yourself in a situation and need help.
