Oh? What version of Jaws do you use? I haven't had any problems with the site... Just when you log in your at edit press enter type in your email address tab to password type that in tab to the login button or it might be just an ok press enter and your in. Then however it works best for you, arrow to the mail or inbox link and enter on it and your in your list of emails. It's a pretty simple straight forward web site to navigate around in. You can even customize it get rid some of their clutter if you like..
