I can't rightly say if David has put it up on the web site or not, as I haven't checked. Personally, I'm sure someone else, probably David, can do a better job of writing this stuff. It's not like I made a concerted effort to write up a tutorial, I just wrote it off the cuff for Patti when she asked how to do it for a friend.
