I went to Symantec's website to get instructions on what to do, but it obviously didn't help. The instructions say to open up Norton Internet Security, go to user accounts and log in there. But when I go to user accounts, I can't enter on it to make any necessary changes. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
